There are a number of reasons to why I do what I do but the main reason I keep fighting to Be Better is for the people that support me! Shane, my Family, my Friends, my gym CrossFit Gladstone, my Fans, my Sponsors; its because of these people I keep showing up to the gym and training hard. They are constantly supporting me and reminding me how lucky I am to have so much love in the world. I want to achieve my goals to repay them for their sacrifices they made for me and inspire them to follow their own dreams.
I have been so fortunate to work with such experienced and well educated coaches, I now I want to take it to the streets and be able to share my knowledge and programming with people (just like me when I first started) looking for the guidance and encouragement throughout their own training.My programs are tailored for people of all fitness levels and they cover all aspects of fitness to develop, strengthen and tone the body. There has been a lot of thought go into these programmes as I use these exact same ones to improve my own performance through all my chosen sports.
You don’t have to do CrossFit in order to follow my programs as I have a wide range of clients that do my program for all different fitness ambitions. You don’t have to be competitive and just want to focus on toning up the body, you could be a spring chicken that is only quite new to the sport and has the desire to complete on the world stage or you might even have lots of experience in training but want to take that stress away from programming for yourself and just concentrate on your own training. No matter what your goals are if you have the determination and drive to put the hard work in you will be successful.
